A glue roller assembly for use in a labeling machine includes a drive shaft mounted rotatably in the machine frame and coupled with the machine drive by a transmission. A glue roller barrel is adjustable relative to the glue segments of the labeling machine and is mounted to permit radial adjustment thereof via a hollow shaft disposed substantially concentrically around the drive shaft of the glue roller and fixed to the machine frame. The barrel is coupled to the hollow shaft to permit the radial adjustment of the glue roller barrel with respect thereto and the glue roller barrel is coupled to the drive shaft in the circumferential direction.

The invention relates to the field of labeling. A glue roller of an etching machine is known, consisting of a cylindrical body fixed to bearings and a Cl drive shaft. The purpose of the invention is to provide a glue roller self-installation during operation. This is achieved by being glued. the carrying roller of the labeling machine, consisting of a cylindrical body and a drive shaft fixed in bearings, is provided with a hollow shaft coaxially mounted on the shaft and bottom of the cam, and a hollow is formed on the inner surface of Kopnj ca, with the cam, with bearings having a spherical surface, interacting with the housing, and mounted on a hollow axis. In addition, the bearings are fixed to the hollow axis with bolts. Fig. 1 schematically shows a labeling machine, top view; Fig. 2, a glue applicator, a longitudinal section; Fig. 3 is a section .A-A in FIG. The labeling machine shown in Fig. 1 consists of a base 1 rotating in the direction of the arrow P, in which sectors 2-4 of the label selection mechanism are installed in bearings. The latter receive movement through gears 5-7, which are engaged with the sun wheel 8. When the base rotates in the direction of arrow P, the sectors rotate in the direction of arrow Pg. The sectors are driven around in three positions: at the glueing roller 9, the magazine of 10 labels and the cylinder 11 of the transfer wrapper. In the first position, glue is applied to the receiving surfaces 12-14 of the sectors, then the indicated surfaces are applied onto (by successively grabbing the label from the magazine 10 and transferring it to the cylinder 11 of the transfer carrier, where the label is removed and transferred to the label. (Item 15 ( bottle), which moves past the cylinder 11 along the arcuate path. The drive shaft 16 of the applicator roller 9 is kinematically connected with gears 17 and 18 with the gear wheel 19 which moves together with the base 1.
The drive shaft. 16 of the adhesive roller is fixed in the supports of the bed 20 of the labeling machine.
The glue roller 9 includes a cylindrical housing 23 and a drive shaft 16, which is fixed in bearings 2.1, 22. The axle 25 and the disk 26 with a cam 27 are fixed on the drive shaft in bearings 24. The axle 25, like the shaft 16, is reinforced in the supports of the bed 20. Flanges 28, 29 are also reinforced on the hollow axis, each of which has threaded holes for mounting bolts 30 to fix bearings 21, 22. Bearings 21, 22 have a yoke 31 with a spherical surface that interacts with the housing 23. On the inner surface of the housing is formed notch 32 for interactions Twi cam. In order to facilitate mounting, a sleeve 33 is placed on the hollow shaft between the bearing and the flange, preventing tilting of the applicator roller body during its installation. The lower edge of the housing rests on the protrusion 34 of the bearing race.
